Our History

DiDi spent her summers in the South with her grandmother, where she first discovered the rich, creamy Southern delicacy known as pralines. As a little girl, she learned to make these sweet treats alongside her grandmother, and her passion for cooking blossomed over the years with guidance from her mother and aunts. Today, DiDi brings you a true taste of the South with her famous pecan pralines and mouthwatering family recipes.
